We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko timepiece; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn watches in their original packaging. All returns must include the original warranty card and any adjusted bracelet links to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the watch in its original Seiko presentation box with all manuals and tags, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the watch's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
